Clan leaders usually set one or more homeworlds as a base of their clan. Having set one may improve social relations within the clan and is often the world used by the clan for events. When chosing a homeworld, clanleaders must take into consideration what kind of clan they will be running. A godwars clan, for example, would be better off setting a Lootshare world as their home, where a Pk clan should chose a PvP world. Another thing that may be taken in consideration is the so-called "ping"; the lag-meter. In other words, a UK clan should not pick an Australian homeworld as this will downgrade the gaming experience.
