VoV is a relaxed social clan first established in the summer of 2010 under the name of Wolves of Valhalla. Over the years since its inception, it has evolved into a highly organised, yet just as relaxed, clan with a very experienced administrating team.
We achieved our Tier 7 citadel in December 2013 and thus offer the full xp benefits a clan can provide.
VoV aims to appeal to all sections of the RuneScape community, and tries to offer daily events for the social, the skillers, the PvMers and the PvPers. More information on our events and clan structure can be found below.

Requirements to Join[]
Our only requirement is 130 combat or higher. An admin must also confirm you are a good fit for the clan before inviting you.

Despite our low combat level requirement, our average combat level is over 180.
Rules[]
We follow all the rules of RuneScape and add a few of our own...
Tier 1 Offences:
- Do not cause distress to other members in the clan or our allies
- Do not misuse admin powers
- Do not ask for money or items for free
Tier 2 Offences:
- Repetition of Tier 1 offences
- Do not undermine the leadership of the clan
- Do not jeopardise relations with any allied clan
- Do not show convincing intentions of carrying out a Tier 3 offence
Tier 3 Offences:
- Repetition of Tier 2 offences and chronic repetition of Tier 1 offences
- Do not spy on the clan
- Do not incite rebellion
- Do not lure, scam or hack any clan member

Deciding Events:[]
Hosts for events must volunteer at the weekly clan meeting on Sundays at 7:30pm GMT (English Time).
We hold a weekly poll to see what the most popular events for next week are. The most popular events for the week are guaranteed a host. If you are a member of the clan and would like to vote on the poll, follow this link:

After hosts are assigned to the events that have been voted, any other member in the clan can offer to host any event at the time of his or her choosing. Events must be at least two hours apart however.
Hosting:[]
- Anyone in the clan can host an event
- The time of the event is up to the host
- Members who host more tend to rank up more quickly
A host should...
1 - Start to advertise their event several hours before it starts
2 - Note down who attends the event
3 - Post the attendance list for the event on the clan forum
Spontaneous Events:[]
Spontaneous events are events that are not planned at the meeting and happen at very short notice.
For a spontaneous event to be counted as an event, the following criteria must be met:
- 5 or more clanmates are present
- the event lasts at least 30 minutes
- the event does not clash with an official event
Points:[]
Attending events gains you event points, which form part of VoV's ranking system. Some events award more points than others, though.
Hosting an event gains you an extra point, so hosts tend to rank up more quickly.
Missing an event you were supposed to host causes you to lose twice as many points as you would have gained by attending the event.

All upgrades are now purely cosmetic so, after upkeep, the focus of our citadel is to give our clan members the free xp they want.
All our members can skill on whichever plot they like. We lock no plots after upkeep.
Capping and Clan Ranks[]
Capping, collecting the maximum amount of resources at the citadel in a given week, forms an very important part of VoV's ranking system. After a member has capped, they should let a co-ordinator rank or higher know. Otherwise, they may not be credited for their cap.

Ranking System[]
Types of Ranks:[]
Community Ranks
- Gained by attending events, capping and helping out.
Xp Ranks
- Only given if the member does not attain a community rank.
- Only given until the General rank
- See the next post for the xp required for each rank
Loyalty Ranks
- Only given if the member does not attain a community rank or an xp rank
- Very rare: you must be active in clan chat and have been in the clan for a long time
- Only given until the General rank
Permit of Ascension:[]
The Permit of Ascension [PoA] is a requirement to gain the sergeant rank and higher. It just makes sure you know the basic details about the clan.

How to achieve each rank:[]
Recruits:[]
• This is the mute rank. It is temporarily given to disruptive members of clan chat as a warning.
Corporals:[]
• All new members automatically gain this rank.
Sergeants:[]
• Complete the Permit of Ascension. [questions about the clan]
• Finish your probation. Jagex prevents new clan members from skilling in the citadel for one week. Once this week is over, we shall promote you to sergeant.
Lieutenants:[]
• Gain 6 event points
• Reach your resource cap in the citadel once.
OR gain 15 million xp while in the clan
Captain and General:[]
• Attend many clan events.
• Reach your resource cap in the citadel consistently.
• Bump the clan recruitment thread (at reasonable intervals) multiple times per week.
• Contribute to the clan chat in a constructive manner.
• Occasionally run clan events and advertise them effectively.
• Convince players to apply to join the clan
OR
Captain: gain 50 million xp while in the clan
General: gain 100 million xp while in the clan
Admins:[]
• Continue meeting the General requirements
• Have JAG enabled
• Behave in a mature, respectful manner
• Demonstrate interest and initiative with clan affairs
Organisers:[]
• Continue meeting the Admin requirements
• Regularly summon the clan avatar.
• Contribute to the admin skype chat
• Often give help on the clan recruitment thread such as accepting new members and answering questions posted
Coordinators:[]
• Continue meeting the Organiser requirements
• Often update the clan’s Google document.
• Often check the citadel resources and modify plots to help the clan to meet the upkeep/upgrade targets.

Capping Drop Party:[]
Each week, a drop party worth 2.5m is hosted for those clan members who capped in the week past.
Skilling Competition:[]
We hold a weekly skilling competition using runetrack. The winner gets to decide the skill for the next week and is recorded in the Hall of Fame =)
Member of the Week:[]
Each week the admins sumbit nominations for the member of the week. The member with the most nominations is announced at the meeting, gets to customise the clan colours for a day and is recorded in the Hall of Fame.
