The World Government is the direct government effecting territories in the Empire. Working with the Ministry of Industry to develop the regions under the Empire's control. And if they're the Wilderness Regions, work with the Imperial Military to coordinate defenses.

The World Government has ranks to provide for a hierarchy to effectively manage the worlds and regions. The following ranks may also have what they're in charge of. This section of Command are for those who govern regions and work with the Moffs in the World Governors to gain experience to become a member of the World Governors in the future.
- Lesser Moff : Placed under a Moff so that they can learn how to manage an entire world
- Lieutenant Moff : Works for the Lesser Moff to help the Lessor Moff learn and manage to become a full Moff
