The clan of DiamondOmen was started by Naomi (MsSwaggGirl) on November 27th, 2010. She made her own clan because there were no clans that suited her needs, or they had failed a couple years back. So she started this one to help other lost RSers like her to find like-minded people, so they could fit somewhere in the everlasting world of RuneScape.
Naomi made this clan for non-members, because she has always wanted to become a member, but is to cheap to pay for it. But she came up with the idea of the name DiamondOmen because of the movie Blood Diamond. She loves that movie, so she said that diamonds were an omen because so many people have been 'taken off the Earth' for them.
The level requirement is so low because she wanted to make it fair for all players of RuneScape, because there are some low-level players who can become powerful members of the clan, so you never know what you will get when recruiting members.
